JAKARTA. PT Ciputra Adibuana and Toda Corporation of Japan would work together to establish an apartment project in Ciputra World 2 area, Jakarta.
The Senior Director of Ciputra Group, Artadinata Djangkar, explained that the Japanese corporation would become the bulk buyer as well as the co-developer for The Newton 2 project. “They would become the partner who would actively give suggestions regarding the project design development,” Djangkar stated during the signing ceremony of the collaboration between Ciputra Group and Toda Group Indonesia in Jakarta last week.
Artadinata claimed that the company chooses Toda Corporation of Japan due to its nationwide reputation of competency in construction building, real estate, and civil engineering.
In this partnership, Toda Corporation assigned its representative in Indonesia, Toda Group Indonesia, to manage this future project in Ciputra World 2. (AM/ZH)
