Jasuindo invested IDR 11.39 billion in e-commerce application development
JAKARTA – PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk (JTPE), the advertising company, is planning to invest IDR 11.39 billion to develop an e-commerce application, internet of things (IoT) consultation, and digital identity provision.
Lukito Budiman, the Director of Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa, announced that this plan had been stated as appropriate by the Public Appraiser Office (KJPP) of Tri, Santi, and associates. The said office recommended having the initiative carried out by the second half of the year.
The fund resource for this corporate action came from the company’s retained earnings. With this additional business sector, the revenue is projected to multiply by 100% in 2022 to IDR 60.51 billion from IDR 30.27 billion in 2021. The net profit is projected to reach IDR 14.89 billion from IDR 4.36 billion.
This revenue resulted from several products’ sales, including electronic certificates, electronic signatures, electronic stamps, electronic time stamps, authentication website, document signing storage, electronic certificate paper, professional service, integration of application, maintenance fee, OTP SMS, and biometric.
