JAKARTA – PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) would distribute the cash dividend of IDR 114.27 billion, or equal to USD 8 million, from its profit of 2020 using Bank Indonesia’s (BI) mid-rates on Monday (17/5) of IDR 14,284 per USD. Romi Novan Indrawan, the Director of Petrosea, announced this plan in the information disclosure, quoted Tuesday (18/5).
It was also specified that the decision regarding the dividend distribution had been made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on April 30, 221. “While deciding on the plan, the dividend amount was set at USD 8 million for 991,664,500 listed shares, not including the treasury stock of 16,940,500 units of shares,” Indrawan continued.
Following this initiative, the nominal of PTRO’s shares to be disbursed would be IDR 115.27 per unit, and the payment would be made on June 3, 2021. PTRO’s net profit attributable to the parent company was at USD 32.28 million, unrestricted retained earnings USD 207.75 million, and total equity USD 231.44 million. (LK/ZH)
