JAKARTA – PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON), a property developer, issued an additional bond worth USD 10 million several days earlier (17/5). The said bond’s annual interest would be 4.785%, and it will mature in 2028. This added bond is a part of a Senior Bond of USD 300 million, issued earlier in April (28/4).
Minarto, the Director of Pakuwon Jati, mentioned that the funds collected from this bond issuance would be spent on general corporate needs. “Each subsidiary has signed an agreement regarding the change in company’s guarantee for this bond issuance,” Minarto further stated in the information disclosure today (19/5).
The subsidiaries to become guarantees for the said bond are PT Artisan Wahyu, PT Elite Prima Hutama, PT Grama Pramesi Siddhi, PT Pakuwon Permai, PT Pakuwon Sentosa Abadi, PT Permata Berlian Realty, and PT Dwijaya Manunggal.
According to Minarto, this additional bond refers to the indenture enacted on April 29, 2021. The contract was between PWON and its subsidiaries, involving the London branch of the Bank of New York Mellon as the trustee and the Singapore branch of UBS AG as the initial purchaser. (LK/ZH)
