Putra Mandiri Jembar spent IDR 75.60 billion on DIPO’s shares

JAKARTA – PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS) invested IDR 75.60 billion in purchasing the stock of PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif (DIPO) from PT Graha Prima Wisesa (GPS) and PT Ozindo Inan Abadi (OIA).

Ie Putra, the Director of Putra Mandiri Jembar, claimed that this transaction aims to increase the company’s ownership over DIPO and add more value to the stockholder in the long run. “The transaction took place yesterday (17/5) with 1.7% percentage each,” Putra explained in the information disclosure, quoted today (19/5).

The number of DIPO’s shares obtained by PMJS from GPS and OIA is 56,695 shares worth IDR 37.80 billion. DIPO is an automotive dealer in which PMJS controlled 76.47% of its shares in December 2020. Its total assets reached IDR 2.59 trillion. (LK/ZH)
