JAKARTA. PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT), the subsidiary of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), plans to distribute the cash dividend of IDR 541.73 billion, or IDR 200 per share, in June 2021.
This action has obtained approval during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on May 20, 2021. The portion of the cash dividend to be disbursed is equal to 80.48% of EPMT’s total net profit of 2020.
The management has scheduled the cum date in the regular and negotiation market on May 31, 2021. The cum date for the cash market would follow on June 3, 2021, while the payment would be made on June 23, 2021.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, EPMT recorded IDR 680.6 billion in its net profit in 2020. It was supported by the sales performance reaching IDR 22.55 trillion.
As of December 31, 2020, 92.47% of EPMT was under the control of Kalbe Farma. The remaining 7.53% belonged to the public investors. (KR/ZH)
