JAKARTA. PT KSK Insurance Indonesia launches its latest insurance program, KSK Peduli Rumah, today (25/5). The program aims to facilitate the users’ property damage or loss claims.
Sharifuddin Wahab, the President Director of KSK Insurance, mentioned that the said program is a solution to the slow process taken by other insurance providers while handling the customers’ property damage or loss claims. “The claims process that we make is simple and swift; it is as smooth as possible,” Wahab assured in a statement to idnfinancials.com today.
Wahab added that KSK Peduli Rumah is a continuity of two other freshly initiated innovations: KSK Peduli Banjir, launched in 2020, and KSK Peduli Motor Vehicle, launched in April 2021.
During its Peduli Banjir program in 2020, KSK Insurance made early payment claims to its customers affected by the flood. Wahab asserted that this policy made KSK Insurance the only conventional insurance company offering an early payment claim.
“The KSK Peduli programs became a breakthrough in conventional insurance companies in Indonesia,” Wahab continued.
According to idnfinancials.com, KSK Insurance has been operating for over 30 years in the conventional insurance sector. The company was established in 1988 under the name PT Asuransi Hastin Utama. In 2007, it was acquired by KSK Group Berhad and changed its name to KSK Insurance in 2012. (KR/ZH)
