BELL distributes IDR 507.5 million in dividends

JAKARTA - PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL), has agreed to distribute dividends totaling IDR507.5 million from the unappropriated retained earnings. This decision was taken at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held today at Trisula Center, Jakarta.

R Nurwulan Kusumawati as the Corporate Secretary of BELL said, “We are grateful that through this AGM, BELL has agreed to distribute dividends to shareholders from the unappropriated retained earnings. It is with high anticipation that BELL can  continue to consistently provide dividends along with better performance growth in the future with support of various stakeholders.”

The AGMS of BELL also discussed the trading business activities of laboratory, pharmaceutical and medical equipment. Nurwulan explained, “The effort to market these masks and hazmat suits is one of BELL's strategies in continuing to innovate and adapting to market needs. In addition, the JOBB Health Jacket product was also launched to meet the need for additional protection during the new normal period.”

Apart from these PPE products, BELL also produces uniforms to serve orders from various sectors. This also boosted BELL's domestic sales in Q1-2021 with a contribution of 96.8% of total sales in Q1-2021. For information, in Q1-2021, BELL’s sales amounted to IDR111.1 billion, an increase of 5.8% QoQ. (LM)
