Solomon Kapital Investama put IDR 20.76 billion in PURA

JAKARTA – PT Solomon Kapital Investama (SKI) spent an IDR 20.76 billion investment, raising its stakes in PT Putra Rajawali Kencana Tbk (PURA). Ariel Wibisono, the President Director of Putra Rajawali Kencana, announced this action in the information disclosure, quoted Friday (28/5).

It was mentioned that the SKI’s ownership portion increased to 5.38% from 1.95% after the purchase of 197,787,200 units of shares last week (17/5). “The total shares of SKI went up by 3.43% to 310,392,700 shares. The purchasing price is set to IDR 105 each,” Wibisono confirmed.

As of April 30, 2020, the total shares of PURA reached 5,769,053,831 units. The structure of the stockholders with over 5% ownership included PT Igelcorp Nusantara 18,74%, PT Rajawali Inti 16,69%, PT Rajawali Dwiputra 9,69%, and PT Igecorp Asia Kapital 8,97%. The remaining 45.91% was dispersed among the public investors, each owning less than 5%.

As quoted from solomonkapital.co.id, the clients of this investment company are Pura Trans and Icon Mall. SKI’s President Commissary is Tonny Hermawan Adikarjo, and its Director is Mulyo P Onggowarsito.

In December 2020, PURA reported a gain in its profit, making IDR 6.78 billion from IDR 5.06 billion in Q4 2019. This increment reflected the increase of revenue from IDR 88.46 billion to IDR 95.95 billion. The most significant contributor was PT Superior Persada Sejahtera, the third-party transportation service company, adding IDR 54.65 billion. Then PT Rajawali Dwiputra Indonesia, the affiliate transportation service company, followed with IDR 41.32 billion. (LK/ZH)
