Armada Jaya spent IDR 5.12 billion on 15 new trucks

JAKARTA – PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (JAYA) recently bought 15 units of Colt Diesel Double (CDD) Long box trucks from PT Rahardja Eka Lancar for IDR 5.12 billion. These additional units were expected to boost the revenue of the company, which runs in the transportation and logistic sector.

Jop Astrid Patricia, the Commissary of Armada Berjaya Trans, announced that the company had operated five trucks since the purchase of those extra units last week (27/5). “The remaining units would be operated starting next week (12/6),” Patricia added.

JAYA secures several third-party customers, including PT Muliaglass, PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW), and PT Trans Nectar. The contribution from these parties to the total revenue of Jaya reached 51%, which amounted to IDR 65.47 billion in December 2020. The operational areas of this company are located in West Java, Banten, DKI Jakarta, and Central Java.

In February 2021, JAYA signed the contract extension with its customers. They are PT Dua Kuda Indonesia, FSAW, PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, and PT Star Cosmos. (LK/ZH)
