Kino Indonesia to distribute the dividend IDR 12 per share

JAKARTA. PT Kino Indonesia Tbk (KINO) plans to distribute its dividend of IDR 12 per share, equal to IDR 17.14 billion, after gaining approval during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange, the management stated that the company had distributed the interim dividend of IDR 20 for each unit, equal to IDR 28.57 billion, on December 8, 2020. Thus, the final dividend to be distributed adds up to IDR 45.71 billion.

The said final dividend portion consumes 40.22% of its net profit in 2020. According to idnfinancials.com, KINO reported a net profit of IDR 113.7 billion last year. This number is 78.15% lower year-on-year (yoy).

KINO had set the cum date for the dividend in the regular and negotiation market for June 9, 2021, and the cash market for June 10, 2021. Meanwhile, the payment would follow on July 2, 2021.

As of December 2020, 70% of KINO’s shares were controlled by PT Kino Investindo. Another 12.49% went to Harry Sanusi, 11,23% FMCG Limited, and 6.28% the public investors. (KR/ZH)
