Indovest Capital divests its stock in NICK

JAKARTA – PT Indovest Capital (IC), the stakeholder of PT Charnic Capital Tbk (NICK), divests its shares worth IDR 3.86 billion. With this transaction, IC’s shares ownership shrinks to 60.77% from 62.87%.

Anton Santoso, the Director of Indovest Capital, announced that the said transaction took place last week until yesterday (28/5-3/6). “The total amount of shares transferred is 13,688,600 units worth IDR 282 each,” he continued in the information disclosure, quoted Friday (4/6).

According to Santoso, IC’s shares after this transaction would be reduced to 395,729,600 shares from 409,418,200 units.

In April 2021, the total shares of NICK reached 651,150,000 shares, with IC owning 63.45%, PT Okansa Indonesia 16.9%, the public investors (below 5%) 18.12%, and PT Prosperindo 1.53%. (LK/ZH)
