JAKARTA. PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) arranges its cash dividend distribution of IDR 4 per share after two years of abstaining from giving the dividend to its shareholders.
This distribution had gained approval from the shareholders during the General Shareholders Meeting held on June 9, 2021. The total cash dividend to be distributed would be announced during the recording date, June 21, 2021, using the mid-rate exchange set by Bank Indonesia.
According to idnfinancials.com data, the numbers of ANJT’s listed shares amount to 3.31 billion units, as reported in March 2021. Therefore, the total dividend to be disbursed would reach approximately IDR 13.25 billion.
ANJT managed to score USD 2.21 million in net profit, equal to IDR 32 billion, throughout 2020. It indicates that the dividend takes up 41% of the company’s net profit.
The management had decided that the cum date for the regular and negotiation market would fall on June 16, 2021, while the cash market is set for June 21, 2021. The cash dividend payment would be made on July 9, 2021. (KR/ZH)
