JAKARTA – The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) promotes Imanuel Ebenezer Gerungan to President Commissary of PT Mega Elektra (ME), the subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (Persero) (PIHC). Gerungan is widely known as one of the Jokowi - Ma’ruf Amin presidential campaign volunteers in 2019.
As quoted from the information disclosure on Monday (14/6), Gerungan used to be the member of the commissary boards of ME since August 25, 2020. He moves up to replace Baran Wirawan, the previous President Commissary of ME, who once took the position of the Secretary of Agriculture Minister, Suswono, in 2009-2014.
The vacant position would be filled by Sandra Firmania, ex-commissary of PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Persero). This structure shift of ME’s commissary boards and some other PIHC’s subsidiaries took place last weekend (12/6). The subsidiaries in question include PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, PT Petrokimia Gresik, PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik, and PT Pupuk Indonesia Energi. (LK/ZH)
