JAKARTA – Freddy Santoso, the President Director of PT Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk (OASA), divested the entire portion of his shares in his company, worth IDR 5.76 billion. The said transaction went on from last week to yesterday (8-14/6).
In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (15/6), Freddy Santoso sold all 16,942,500 of his shares for IDR 340 each. His portion equalled 4.72% of OASA’s entire stock listed on the exchange.
Last week (7/6), Santoso purchased 790 thousand PT Charnic Capital Tbk’s (NICK) shares for IDR 252 each. After the transaction took effect, his ownership in NICK increased to 3.79 million from 3 million units.
As of May 2020, OASA’s shares amount to 358.6 million units. PT Indovest Central (IC) owns 40.49%, Bank Julius Baer and Co 7.9%, and the public (less than 5%) 27.5%. The members of the boards of commissaries and directors owning stakes are Freddy Santoso 4.72% and Anton Santoso 4.91%. (LK/ZH)
