JAKARTA. PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) or Triniti Land collaborates with PT Griya Kedaton Indah (GKI) to develop a logistic park and residential property in Lampung over a total of 52-hectare land. These projects are estimated to spend IDR 3 to 3.2 trillion.
The President Director of TRIN, Ishak Chandra, explains that after the memorandum of understanding (MoU) takes effect, the company would conduct a joint operation and a land transfer to the company from the previously owned or authorised by GKI. Ishak explains it in the information disclosure, Thursday (17/6).
Regarding the establishment of these properties, the company would use its internal cash and strategic partners to purchase the land of 52 Ha. TRIN would be the developer that conducts land preparation, planning, marketing, construction, and joint project management. Then, Chandra adds that the property development for the logistic park would use the 12-hectare land, while the residential property takes the 40-hectare land.
The project would be initiated and commercialised by the end of 2021 or early 2022. The development processes would take 4 to 5 years and 8 years, respectively. (AM/ZH)
