JAKARTA – PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk (JTPE) to invest IDR 11.39 billion in return for entering the electronic certificate (e-sign) business segment. This initiative would be discussed further during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on June 23, 2021.
In the information disclosure quoted Monday (21/6), Lukito Budiman, the Director of Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa, reveals that the fund used for the business expansion plan comes from the company’s internal cash. “The percentage of investment to the company’s equity in 2020 reached 1.48%. This funding would still take the cash flow into consideration so that it would not significantly affect the company’s financial condition,” Budiman explains.
According to Budiman, the e-sign business line would commence in the second half of 2021 and is projected to drive the company’s revenue upward 36.1% by the end of the year. On average, the company’s revenue would start to grow by 10% from 2022 to 2025. (LK/ZH)
