JAKARTA – PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) is offering Sukuk Mudharabah of IDR 350 billion, starting today (25/6) until next week (28/6). Mahrus, the Corporate Secretary of Mandala Multifinance, announces the news in the information disclosure, quoted Friday (25/6).
In its prospectus published by the management in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the tenor of the Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase I Year 2021 is 367 days. The bond would use a bullet payment scheme. The gathered funds would be spent on funding the Murabaha-based shariah business unit.
MFIN appoints PT Suco Sekuritas as the underwriter for the said bond and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) as the trustee. PT Pefindo has granted a single A shariah (idA sy) rating for this Sukuk offering.
Currently, MFIN’s authorised capital is at IDR 400 billion, while its issued and paid-up capital amounts to IDR 132.50 billion. PT Jayamandiri Gemasejati controls 70.42% of MFIN’s shares, Alex Hendrawan (President Commissary of MFIN) owns 5.05%, and the public (less than 5% each) 24.53%. (LK/ZH)
