JAKARTA – PT MNC Bank Internasional Tbk (BABP) parters with Atome Financial Indonesia (AFI) to expand the scope of its digital financial services to the public. Through this collaboration, the public could now access financing services through MotionBanking and Kredit Pintar, a digital platform for financing services.
Denny Hanubrata, the Business Director of MNC Bank Internasional, discloses that the collaboration covers three points. They are online credit offering, cash loans with delayed payment, and co-branded credit card exploration.
According to Hanubrata, this cooperation, along with other partnerships, would generate an interest income of IDR 4.8 trillion within the next five years.
Wawan Salum, the Chief Executive Officer of Atome Financial Indonesia, claims that the said partnership could potentially establish other bigger collaborations. It would not be limited to co-branded credit cards and cash financing with a buy-now-pay-later option.
AFI manages two business lines, Atome and Kredit Pintar. Atome is an e-commerce platform, gathering several retailers with a zero percent credit option, with a payment period of up to six months. (LK/ZH)
