Tri Banyan’s sales slide off by 19.69%

JAKARTA. PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk (ALTO) reports a declining sales of 19.69% to IDR 75.30 billion. Fortunately, decreases in several expenses also reduce the net loss significantly by 66.46%.

ALTO records sales in Q1 2021 of IDR 75.30 billion, plummeting from IDR 93.77 billion in the same period in 2020.

According to the financial report revealed in the information disclosure on Tuesday (29/6), the company’s operating expense is reported to be down 36.78% to 2.62 billion from IDR 4.14 billion in Q1 2020. Then, ALTO’s cost of sales is also reduced 20.20% from IDR 84.14 billion in Q1 2020 to IDR 67.14 billion in Q1 2021. The general and administrative expenses also shift down 1.80% from IDR 5.70 billion in Q1 2020 to IDR 4.68 billion in Q1 2021.

Lastly, ALTO records a decline in its current year’s net loss of 66.46%, now reaching IDR 1.13 billion in Q1 2021. Meanwhile, in the same period last year, its net loss was at IDR 3.39 billion. (AM/ZH)
