JAKARTA – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) records revenue of IDR 184.5 billion in Q1 2021, mainly supported by an 88% contribution from tugboat services.

In a press conference quoted Wednesday (30/6), Amri Yusuf, the President Director of Jasa Armada Indonesia, reveals that tugboat services contribute IDR 162.3 billion to the revenue. Then, it is followed by ship management services of IDR 14.1 billion, special terminal guidance of IDR 8.2 billion. “The revenue in Q1 2021 grows 0.2% from the same period last year,” Yusuf confirms.

In the tugboat services sector, tugboat services in public harbour add IDR 103.5 billion, private interest terminal IDR 34.4 billion, and special interest terminal IDR 24.4 billion.

According to Yusuf, this revenue gain affects the profit, increasing 2% to IDR 33 billion from IDR 32 billion. These achievements result from IPCM’s efficiency measures, reducing the general and administrative expenses from IDR 29 billion to IDR 22.9 billion. (LK/ZH)
