JAKARTA. Smart Empire Group Ltd injected fresh funds amounting to IDR 172.95 billion to PT MNV Vision Networks Tbk (IPTV) via private placement phase II yesterday (30/6).
In the information disclosure, quoted Friday (2/7), Muharzi Hasril, the Corporate Secretary of MNC Vision Networks, reveals that the company offered 665.20 million units of shares for IDR 260 each. “This corporate action had gained approval during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on August 7, 2020, and September 23, 2020,” Hasril assures.
The total shares traded during this corporate action (phase I and II) amount to 2,857,284,000, leaving 818 units remaining. After this corporate action took place, IPTV now owns 42,179,246,839 shares, increasing in numbers from 41,541,046,839 shares. (LK/ZH)
