TRIS receives garment export orders amid Covid-19 pandemic

JAKARTA - Until June 2021, PT Trisula International Tbk (TRIS) received export orders for garment products, such as jackets, trousers, and shirts through its subsidiary PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing.

Santoso Widjojo as the President Director of TRIS said, "During this Covid19 pandemic, we are grateful that we still have the trust of our customers who continue to place orders, one of which is jackets, trousers, and shirts through our subsidiaries.”

Currently, TRIS's export market has reached Australia, Europe, the UK, and Singapore. It is hoped that the economy will recover quickly so that various activities and operations can run well again.

From the beginning of 2021 to June 2021, TRIS received export orders for jackets, trousers, and shirts with a total order of around 1.7 million pieces. For its own contribution to the sales of PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing for jackets by 26%, trousers by 47%, and shirts by 7%.

For information, starting from the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, TRIS has also diversified its products by making Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) clothing, in the form of hazmat clothes that have received distribution permits from the Ministry of Health, non-medical masks, and other medical garments. Similar to other garment products, TRIS PPE products have also been exported and distributed to various regions in Indonesia. (LM)
