DOID’s subsidiary receives IDR 5 trillion loans from Bank Mandiri

JAKARTA. The subsidiary of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), PT Bukin Makmur Utama (BUMA), secures a bank loan from Bank Mandiri of USD 360 million, equal to IDR 5 trillion.

This facility agreement was announced through the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Tuesday (6/7). The loan has a tenor of 4.5 years with the LIBOR interest rate of +3%.

The loan facility would be utilised to support the organic and inorganic growth of BUMA. Furthermore, the company states that the said facility would be used to support the implementation of a more recent and significant volume. The management adds that it would also give more space and flexibility so that BUMA could explore further and secure growth opportunities. (AM/ZH)
