LPKR meets 66.57% of its marketing sales target in H1 2021

JAKARTA. The landed house sales have driven PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) to reach 66.57% of its target in marketing sales in the first half of 2021, amounting to IDR 2.33 trillion.

CEO of Lippo Karawaci, John Riady, addressed the landed houses product launch as the foundation of the company’s sales in H1 2021. The sales of landed houses with an affordable price represent 70% of the total sales number, as confirmed by Riady in a press conference, Wednesday (7/7).

In Q2 2021, the Cendana Parc landed residence in Lippo Village and Holland Village Designer Homes Collection in Manado are two of the products promoting market sales growth of Lippo Karawaci from January to June 2021.

Riady is confident that his company could hit the targeted marketing sales of IDR 3.5 trillion this year. It would be supported by sales of high-rise inventory of current projects, the launch of affordable landed houses, and commercial projects in Lippo Village and Waterfront Estates, Cikarang. (AM/ZH)
