SMRA secures 71% of its marketing sales target of 2021

JAKARTA. Various incentives from the government had driven PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) to record the marketing sales of IDR 2.83 trillion, reaching 71% of the 2021 target of IDR 4 trillion.

Jemmy Kusnadi, Corporate Secretary of SMRA, claims that this achievement is supported by the incentives granted by the government. They include VAT, relaxation on housing credit, and the currently adequately low credit interest rates.

With this gain, SMRA decides to raise its marketing sales target. “We are confident to be able to attain this year’s marketing sales target, recently revised from IDR 3.5 trillion to IDR 4 trillion,” Kusnadi confirms, as quoted from Kontan.co.id last week.

The landed house sales give the most contribution to the marketing sales of SMRA, adding in IDR 1.76 trillion or 62% of the total sales. It is then followed by commercial land sales of 16%, land lots 13%, apartment sales 9%, and office sales 1%. (AM/ZH)
