Adhi Karya issues a bond of IDR 673.5 billion to raise CapEx and refinancing

JAKARTA. PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) is seeking fresh funds of IDR 673.5 billion by issuing Shelf-Registration Bond III Phase II Year 2021 with the highest interest rate of 9.55%.

In its published prospectus, ADHI claims that 60% of the bond’s yield would be channelled to its capital expenditure in the form of fixed assets. Another 16% would be used for refinancing purposes, while the remaining 24% would be added to the working capital for the infrastructure project.

The bond would be issued in two series. Series A would be offered with a face value of IDR 200 billion, a 7.5% annual fixed interest rate, and a 370-day tenor. Series B would have a par value of IDR 473.5 billion with a 9.55% annual fixed interest rate and a 3-year tenor.

ADHI has obtained an “idA-“ rating from Pefindo. Then, the underwriters assigned for this bond issuance are PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Indopremier Sekuritas, and PT Sucor Sekuritas.

The bond’s general offering period would take place from July 22 to 26, 2021. The effective date falls on July 29, 2021, and would be recorded on Indonesia Stock Exchange on July 30, 2021. (KR/ZH)
