PPI divests its portion in APIC for IDR 93.12 billion

JAKARTA – PT Pan Pacific Investama (PPI) divests 125 million of its shares, worth IDR 93.12 billion, in PT Pacific Strategic Financial Tbk (APIC). Wiyana, Director of Pacific Strategic Financial, confirms this news in the information disclosure, quoted Tuesday (13/7).

PPI’s portion is now reduced to 37.5% after the transaction had been completed last week (2/7). Prior to this divestment, PPI owns 38.56% of APIC, equivalent to 4,537,225,055 shares. The selling price for the divested shares had been set to IDR 745 each.

As of June 2021, APIC’s shares clocked up to 11,766,313,488 shares. PPI owned 38.56% of it, worth IDR 467.28 billion. PT Pacific Indocorpora acquires another 12.49%, valuing at IDR 174.22 billion. Lastly, the public shares the remaining 49.05% (each owning less than 5%), amounting to IDR 577.12 billion. (LK/ZH)
