Pyridam Farma obtains extra credit ceiling from NISP

JAKARTA – PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) secures an additional credit ceiling of IDR 53.70 billion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP). It would be utilised to improve the capital and purchase a warehouse. Along with this addition, the credit limit received by PYFA now increases to IDR 108.41 billion from IDR 54.71 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted on Thursday (15/7), Nadia Miranty Verdiana, Corporate Secretary of Pyridam Farma, claims that this facility would be divided for several purposes. For example, the Checking Account Credit (lit. Kredit Rekening Koran/KRK) of a maximum of IDR 5 billion would be channelled to the working capital. The Demand Loan (DL) 1 of IDR 35 billion would also be stored as the working capital, while DL 2 of IDR 30 billion would go to the short-term working capital. The Term Loan (TL) 2 of IDR 8.41 billion would be spent on purchasing land, TL 4 would be for buying a new warehouse, while the joint trading facility of IDR 17.50 billion aims to import supplier’s raw material.

Besides the said augmented facility, PYFA and NISP would sign a deal regarding additional guarantees. They include a mortgage over PYFA’s savings account of IDR 30 billion and a building certificate for a building located in Rawa Buaya, Jakarta, and Medang, Tangerang. (LK/ZH)
