AKRA adds in IDR 28 billion investment to its subsidiary

JAKARTA. PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) announces providing additional capital of IDR 28 billion for one of its subsidiaries, PT Anugerah Krida Retailindo (Akrida).

Jimmy Tandyo, Director of AKRA, states that this extra capital brings Akrida’s total issued and paid-up capital to IDR 495.95 billion. Previously, it was reported at IDR 467.95 billion.

With this capital injection, AKRA’s ownership in Akrida remains stable at 99.99%. Another 0.01% is owned by PT AKR Niaga Indonesia.

“This transaction is not a material transaction as stated in POJK No.17/POJK.04/2020 regarding a material transaction,” Tandyo explains in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

According to idnfinancials.com data, Akrida is a Jakarta-based subsidiary of AKRA, running in the trading business. As of March 2021, Akrida’s assets before elimination reach IDR 819.52 billion. (KR/ZH)
