Mandala Multifinance to issue bonds worth IDR 300 billion

JAKARTA – PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) would issue a Shelf-Registration Bond IV Phase III of IDR 300 billion from July 29 to August 2, 2021. This bond would be offered in two series, A and B, worth IDR 150 billion each.

In a short prospectus quoted on Wednesday (21/7), the Series A would be offered with a 367-days tenor and an 8.75% interest rate. Meanwhile, the Series B has a three-year tenor with a 9.5% annual interest rate. The bonds’ interests would be paid per three months, starting on November 2021.

The management would spend the proceeds from this bond issuance on strengthening working capital through solidifying consumer financing. As of March 2021, the company has disbursed IDR 3.65 trillion on consumer financing. Its revenue reaches IDR 398,64 billion, comprising consumer financing income of IDR 384.04 billion, bank interests of IDR 2.98 billion, and others of IDR 11.71 billion.

The company has appointed PT Sucor Sekuritas as the underwriter and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) as the trustee. PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonrsia (Pefindo) has granted idA (single A) for this bond. (LK/ZH)
