JAKARTA – PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) is currently offering a Global Bond, maturing in 2026, corresponding to its plan of paying off the Senior Bond of USD 350 million issued in 2017. Corporate Secretary of ABM Investama, Rindra Donovan, reveals the news in the information disclosure, quoted Thursday (22/7).
It is mentioned that the issued bond is using the United States dollar (USD) denomination. “The company is currently in the process to repurchase the Senior Bond issued back on August 1, 2017, and November 28, 2017, which would mature in 2022,” Donovan continues.
As of Wednesday (21/7), the aggregate par value of the new outstanding bonds reaches USD 350 million. The management claims that the company has the right to accept purchase proposals until it equals the aggregate value of the said bonds, as stated in the company’s policy. (LK/ZH)
