JAKARTA. PT Sekar Bumi (SKBM) would distribute the cash dividend of IDR 2.08 billion, equal to IDR 1.2 per share. It takes up 20.12% of its net profit in the fiscal year 2020.
Freddy Adam, Director of Sekar Bumi, confirms that the stockholders had approved this dividend distribution plan during the General Shareholders Meeting last week. Furthermore, in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier today, Adam says that the management had decided several dates regarding the dividend distribution plan.
The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to July 30, 2021, followed by the cash market on August 3, 2021. Then, the payment itself would be disbursed by August 23, 2021.
According to idnfinancials.com, SKBM reported an IDR 10.34 billion in its net profit in 2020. Compared to its report in 2020, its net profit surges 146.8% year-on-year (yoy).
As of December 2020, Tael Two Partners Ltd still controlled 32.14% of SKBM’s shares. PT Multi Karya Sejati followed with 9.84%, then Berlutti Finance Limited 9.60%, Shappira Corporation Ltd 9.39%, Arrowman Ltd 8.47%, Malvina Investment Ltd 7.22%, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) 6.14%, and public investors 14.99%.
