JAKARTA – PT Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk (LPIN) would pay out the cash dividend of IDR 49.72 billion or 425 million shares worth IDR 117 each on August 20, 2021. This decision is final after being discussed during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting yesterday (26/7).
Rivaldi Yason Santosa, Corporate Secretary of Multi Prima Sejahtera, claims that the shareholders also agreed to spare the reserved funds of IDR 200 million. The remaining 163.99 million would be stored as the retained earnings.
The schedule regarding the dividend distribution is as below. The cum-date and ex-date in the regular and negotiation market would fall on August 2 and 3, 2021, while the cash market would follow on August 4 and 5, 2021.
As of December 2020, the company secured IDR 6.73 billion in its net profit attributable to the parent entity. Its unrestricted retained earnings were reported at IDR 213.92 billion, and its total equity amounted to IDR 209.96 billion. (LK/ZH)
