KIOS teams up with FMCG company and online seller to complete portfolio

JAKARTA - PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS), a technology company that focus on developing MSMEs and grocery stores continue to strengthen the Company's business development by offeringphysical products through a  warehouse-based platform. 

Currently, KIOS has launched two platforms, namely GudangPintar.id and RetailKita. With the platform solution, KIOS helps FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) companies and online sellers expand their distribution network quicker since the goods will be sent to KIOS partner stalls.Currently, KIOS already has 80 warehouses focused on Central Java and targets 1,000 warehouses by 2022.

Reginald Trisna, President Director of Kioson said "We offer a start-up that can help the logistics process for Kioson partners, especially in terms of logistics and procurement of merchandise stock.The goal is to help MSMEs that want to grow but have limited space and experience in the operational field, because they are more into marketing and product development.”

GudangPintar.id is a fulfillment center where all sales can use the warehouse owned by KIOS. GudangPintar has a Warehouse Management System (WMS) that is integrated with principals and logistics partners, making it more efficient and faster in handling logistics and distribution from the Principal to MSME stalls managed by Kioson. Currently, 90% of GudangPintar users are online sellers who sell in the online marketplace. While the remaining 10% are FMCG Companies or Brands. Around 175 users use GudangPintar services, in total. Meanwhile RetailKita is a solution that will be offered to Tier 2 or Tier 3 Brands. (LM)
