Saratoga NAV skyrockets to IDR 46.5 trillion in H1 2021

JAKARTA. A sum of shares has boosted the Net Asset Value (NAV) of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) to IDR 46.5 trillion in the first half of 2021. Additionally, the company manages to score IDR 15.3 trillion in its net profit.

This gain in Saratoga’s NAV is supported by the increasing stock performances of the portfolio companies. For instance, the activities of PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG), PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX), and PT Provident Agro Tbk (PALM).

Michael Soeryadjaya, Present Director of Saratoga, confirms that the positive trend in several portfolio companies has driven Saratoga’s portfolio values upward. “We are grateful for Saratoga’s portfolio companies that have managed to sustain its business growth,” he added in the official announcement yesterday (29/7).

In the first half of 2021, Saratoga Investama Sedaya records the NAV of IDR 46.5 trillion, shifting from IDR 31.7 trillion reported by the end of 2020. The company also posts the net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 15.3 trillion in this period, fully reviving from the net loss of IDR 2.1 trillion suffered in the same period in 2020.

Saratoga also scores IDR 866 billion in its dividend income in H1 2021. It is 35.3% higher than IDR 640 billion last year. Most of this amount comes from PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), TBIG, and MPMX,” Soeryadjaya continues. (AM/ZH)
