JAKARTA. Through its subsidiary, PT Lancarjaya Mandiri Abadi (LMA), PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) plans to build mining infrastructure in Jambi worth IDR 6 trillion.
LMA had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) alongside PT Putra Bulian Properti (PBP) and PT Wahana Catur Mas (WCM) back on July 30, 2021, regarding the said project management. LMA is a subsidiary of PPRE, which controls 51% of its shares.
Rully Noviandar, President Director and Commissioner of PPRE, reveals in the press release published on Sunday (1/8) that this mining infrastructure construction could hopefully improve the local community’s economy.
Meanwhile, Darwis Hamzah, Operational Director of PPRE, further explains that LMA would establish a river port of 100 Ha, Jambi industrial zone of 2,777 Ha, and a commodity transport hauling road of 90 km.
By June 2021, PPRE has managed to obtain new contracts worth IDR 2.8 trillion. It equals 75% of the target set for 2021. (AM/ZH)
