JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) today approved the distribution of dividends for the 2020 fiscal year.
Based on information disclosure on the IDX, CTRA's net profit in 2020 was recorded at IDR1,320,754,533,380. A total of IDR1 billion is kept as a reserve, then IDR1,162,201,123,712 as retained earnings for the company's development.
The remaining net profit of IDR157,553,409,668 or IDR8.50 per share will be distributed as cash dividends to shareholders.
