JAKARTA. PT First Media Tbk (KBLV) divests its portion in PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT) of 1.67% for IDR 94.90 billion.
In the information disclosure in the exchange yesterday (2/8), KBLV reported to had sold 31,370,500 shares for IDR 3,025 each, generating IDR 94.90 billion in total. This transaction has been occurring since July 23, 2021, although the management had just reported this action to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on August 2, 2021.
Harianda Noerlan, Corporate Secretary of First Media, confirms that the purpose of selling these shares is divestment.
By transferring out these shares, the remaining Multipolar’s shares owned by First Media amount to 5.62% or 105,379,500 units. (AM/ZH)
