JAKARTA. PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), a plantation company under Sungai Budi Group, announces its plan to channel out cash dividends of IDR 25 per share, rounding up to IDR 131.92 billion in total.
This action goes according to the result of TBLA’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting held a couple of days ago. The dividend portion to be distributed is equivalent to 19.46% of the total net profit recorded in 2020 of IDR 67.03 billion.
Sudarmo Tasmin, Vice President Director of TBLA, reveals that the cum dividend date for the regular and negotiation market is set to August 9, 2021. Meanwhile, the cum date for the cash market would be on August 12, 2021. The payment would be disbursed on September 2, 2021.
Besides the dividend distribution, TBLA’s shareholders also agreed to keep IDR 500 million as the reserved funds while placing the remaining amount of IDR 545.61 billion in the retained earnings.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, until March 31, 2021, PT Sungai Budi owns 28.08% of TBLA’s shares. PT Budi Delta Swakarya claims another 27.19%, while the remaining 44.65% is distributed among the public investors. (KR/ZH)
