JAKARTA. PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk (AGII) would distribute the cash dividend of IDR 3.15 per share, mounting up to IDR 7.3 billion in total. The dividend would be taken out of its net profit in 2020.

This plan execution goes accordingly with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held a couple of days earlier. Besides the dividend distribution, the stockholders also agreed to spare IDR 5 billion out of the total net profit in 2020 as the reserved funds. Finally, the remaining IDR 81.82 billion would be stored as its retained earnings.

According to idnfinancials.com, AGII managed to score IDR 96.4 billion in profit in the fiscal year 2020. However, this achievement is 4.52% lower than the gain reported in the last fiscal year.

The management has not yet specified the important dates regarding this dividend disbursement, including its payment date, thus far.

As of March 31, 2021, 40.54% of AGII’s shares are under the control of PT Samator. Then, PT Aneka Mega Energi owns another 25%, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) 7.84%, while the public investors claim the remaining 19.62%. (KR/ZH)
