KEJU’s sales climb 16.81%

JAKARTA. The domestic sales to the third parties dominate the net sales of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (KEJU) that amounts to IDR 501.65 billion in the first half of 2021. This number is 16.81% year-on-year (yoy) higher than IDR 429.45 billion reported in H1 2020.

Based on its financial report in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) submitted yesterday (5/8), the majority of net sales of KEJU in H1 2021 comes from the local third-party sales of IDR 307.04 billion. Meanwhile, the local related parties sales bring in IDR 157.33 billion, while the third-party export sales add IDR 37.28 billion.

In addition, the sales costs amount to IDR 333.71 billion, also increasing 11.82%. Then, the selling expenses grow 0.87% to IDR 49.35 billion, while the general and administrative expenses shoot up 333.37% to IDR 36.75 billion. Thus, these gains in expenses result in KEJU’s operating profit that scores IDR 88.26 billion. Nevertheless, it still proliferates 15.05% yoy compared to IDR 76.71 billion reported in the first half of 2020.

In the end, KEJU’s net profit in H1 2021 reaches IDR 72.04 billion. It soars 26.16% from the net profit reported in H1 2020 of IDR 57.10 billion. Furthermore, KEJU’s assets also climb 4.20% to IDR 703.19 billion, while its total liability and equity now amount to IDR 189.69 billion and IDR 513.51 billion, respectively. (AM/ZH)
