JAKARTA. PT Trimitra Prawara Goldland Tbk (ATAP) had gained approval during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting regarding its plan to pay out the cash dividends of IDR 493.66 million.
Each party who owns one share of ATAP would be given cash dividend of IDR 0.39. The dividend would be disbursed to the officially listed shareholders by August 16, 2021, at 4 PM WIB.
According to idnfinancials.com, ATAP managed to score IDR 3.39 billion in net profit in the fiscal year 2020. Besides distributing the dividend, the company would also store IDR 100 million of its net profit to the reserved funds. Then, the remaining amount of the net profit would be used to develop the business and solidify its capital structure.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, PT Trimitra Prawara controls 76% of ATAP’s shares, while investors share another 20%. Another 4% is distributed among the company’s directors and commissioners. (KR/ZH)
