JAKARTA. PT Trias Sentosa Tbk (TRST) had obtained permission during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting to distribute the cash dividend of IDR 28.08 billion from its net profit in the fiscal year 2020.
In the said meeting held a couple of days ago, the total dividend per share to be distributed would amount to IDR 10 per share. The dividend would be channelled out to the shareholders officially listed in the Shareholders List by August 19, 2021, at 4 PM WIB.
As additional information, the amount of dividend takes up 37.6% of the net profit reported by the end of the fiscal year 2020 of IDR 74.76 billion. In December 2020, the company still held onto its retained earnings of IDR 1.45 trillion.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, 26.60% of TRST is under the control of PT K and L Capital. PT Adilaksa Manunggal possesses another 17.91%, PT Rejo Sari Bumi 13.27%, public investors 35.95%, while the rest of it is divided among the commissioners and directors of TRST. (KR/ZH)
