Bali Towerindo receives IDR 200 billion loans from Bank Mandiri

10 August 2021 21:03

JAKARTA. PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALI) has signed a facility agreement for Term Loan Credit 5 of IDR 200 billion with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).

Lily Hidayat, Vice President Director of BALI, claims that the facility would have a 60-months tenor since the agreement is officially signed. For the record, this credit facility was signed by BALI and BMRI on August 9, 2021.

In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (10/8), Hidayat adds that this credit facility would be used to cover the cash flow gap in the company. “It includes paying back the Shelf-Registration Bond I Bali Tower Phase I Year 2020,” she explains.

BALI has offered telecommunication towers and the entirety of supporting equipment as the collateral for the credit. The said towers and equipment would be put under fiduciary security after the bonds’ payment was made.

“The consideration and reasoning behind this transaction involve generating a competitive interest rate gap for the company,” Hidayat admits. (KR/ZH)
