Mordred Investama to replace three creditors of ETWA

JAKARTA – PT Mordred Investama Indonesia (MII) took the position of three creditors of PT Eterindo Wahanatama Tbk (ETWA) over the total debt of IDR 232.52 billion. It is finalised in an agreement signed last week (13/8). The three previous creditors in question are PT Kencana Agung Abadi (KAA), South East Asia Export Import (SEA), and PT Chemone Indonesia (CI).

In the information disclosure, quoted today (19/8), Lie Kiong, President Director of Eterindo Wahanatama, claims that the accounts receivables transferred to MII from the old creditors vary in amount. CI assigns IDR 33.9 billion, KAA transfers IDR 128.96 billion and USD 2.17 million, while SEA relays USD 2.09 million.

A portion of the debt originates from the debt assignment of PT Anugerahinti Gemanusa (AG), the subsidiary of ETWA, from several creditors. They include the debt to KAA of IDR 96.22 billion and USD 1.26 million and the debt to SEA of USD 2.09 million.

The creditors mentioned above are third parties that have zero affiliation links to the company. (LK/ZH)
