JAKARTA - In order to increase the sense of security for people who still have to travel during the pandemic, two national companies, GoPay and Bluebird officially present GoPay as one of the payment options in the MyBlueBird application. Bluebird loyal users can now use GoPay for transactions for all Bluebird services, from Bluebird taxis, Silverbird, to Birdkirim logistics services.

Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk, Andre Djokosoetono said, "We understand that there are still people who still have to travel and carry out their obligations in the midst of a pandemic, such as health workers and essential sector workers. By prioritizing passenger safety, we together with GoPay increase accessibility and choice of cashless payment methods. This latest innovation also complements the presence of QRIS GoPay, which is available in 11,000 Bluebird taxi fleets throughout Indonesia.”

Currently, the MyBlueBird application has various payment options, ranging from cash, credit cards, to various electronic money options. During the pandemic, Bluebird recorded an increase in the trend of using cashless transactions more than doubled in its services. The presence of a non-cash payment option in Bluebird's services not only makes it easier for passengers, but also helps Bluebird fleet drivers to benefit from digital transactions. (LM)
