JAKARTA. PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk issues Shelf-Registration Bond II Wijaya Karya Phase I Year 2021 of IDR 1.75 trillion and Sukuk Mudharabah II Wijaya Karya of IDR 750 billion.
Based on its short prospectus, the profit-sharing would be disbursed within three months after the issue date on the day scheduled for each bond’s interest payment. Furthermore, the said prospectus that was released last Friday (20/8) revealed that the bonds would be offered in three different series: A, B, and C. The interest payment for Series A is due December 8, 2024, while Series B follows on December 8, 2026, and Series C comes last on December 8, 2028.
Meanwhile, Sukuk Mudharabah II Wijaya Karya of IDR 750 billion consists of Series A, B, and C. As mentioned before, the initial profit-sharing would be channelled out on December 8, 2021.
The payment for Sukuk Mudharabah Series A is due December 8, 2024. Similar to its bond counterpart, Sukuk Series B is due December 8, 2026, while Series C follows last on December 8, 2028. (AM/ZH)
