Selamat Sempurna collects IDR 27.66 billion of dividends from its subsidiaries

JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), an automotive and its components company under ADR Group, claims to have received cash dividends from three subsidiaries of IDR 27.66 billion in total.

Ang Andri Pribadi, Director of SMSM, specifies the said three subsidiaries. They are PT Panata Jaya Mandiri (PJM), PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (PTC), and PT Selamat Sempana Perkasa (SSP). The dividends deposited by each company amount to IDR 18.2 billion, IDR 5.01 billion, and IDR 4.45 billion, respectively.

“There are no impacts of such information or material facts towards the operational activities,” Pribadi explains in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier today (24/8).

Based on idnfinancials.com data, PJM is a subsidiary of SMSM, running in the heavy equipment filter manufacturing business since 1985. On the other hand, PTC has sold spare parts since 1994, while SSP has managed the vehicle rubber manufacturing sector since 1990.

As of June 2021, the ownership percentage of SMSM in PJM is reported to reach 70%. Then, its portion in PTC and SSP are almost absolute at 99.99% each. (KR/ZH)
