DIVA to perform a stock split with a 1:2 ratio

JAKARTA. PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) would split the face value of its existing shares (stock split) from IDR 100 per share to IDR 50 each, meaning a 1 to 2 ratio.

This arrangement had been decided during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on July 27, 2021. The management adds that the last day of stock trading using the old face value would take place on September 1, 2021.

According to idnfinancials.com data, by the closing bell, DIVA’s stock price has depleted 1.66% or 80 points to IDR 4,730 per share. However, DIVA’s stock price is, in fact, soars by 102.14% year-to-date, equal to 2,390 points, to IDR 4,730 per share.

By the end of June 2021, PT Asuransi Jiwa Kresna still holds 32.13% ownership in DIVA. PT 1 Inti Dot Com owns another 21%, PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (NFCX) 6.72%, PT Soteria Wicaksana Investama 10.30%, investor publik 21.68%, and Martin Suharlie 8.17%. (KR/ZH)
